How to Join Your Telehealth Appointment
Step 1: Check Your Email or Text Message
You’ll receive a link to your session about 10–15 minutes before your scheduled time.

Make sure your camera and microphone are enabled.

Step 3: Wait in the Virtual Waiting Room
Your provider will begin the session at your appointment time. Please stay connected — it may take a minute for them to start the call.
