Sophie is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Portland, Oregon, specializing in perinatal mental health. She is passionate about supporting new mothers and parents as they navigate the challenges of birth, postpartum, and the many transitions of parenthood.

Sophie works with both individuals and couples, drawing from training in Emotion Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method. Her approach blends evidence based practices with compassion, helping clients strengthen relationships, process their stories, and build resilience during times of change.

As both a parent and someone who has cared for children in many capacities, Sophie deeply understands the unique needs and challenges that parents face. She offers a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, encouraged, and empowered.

Outside of her work, Sophie enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, exploring nature, and crafting.
