She integrates practical tools and insight to help clients navigate everyday challenges while also supporting deeper healing and lasting change.
Robyn primarily works with women navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, and significant life transitions. She often supports mothers adjusting to identity shifts, college and graduate students facing uncertainty, and therapists or educators who are accustomed to caring for others. Grounded in multicultural and feminist perspectives, she provides culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ affirming care that honors each client’s identity, values, and lived experience.
Robyn draws from a range of relational and trauma-informed approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, somatic approaches, IFS-informed therapy, and IFS-informed EMDR. She tailors her approach to each client’s individual needs.
