Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counseling Associate
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Counseling Associate who brings curiosity to my clients’ strengths, passions, goals, and lineages of wisdom. Before earning my master’s in Couples and Family Therapy in 2023, I spent 18 years in human services with a focus on trauma-informed care and equity.
My approach is collaborative and attuned to both internal and external worlds—exploring how you relate to your feelings, sensations, and thoughts, as well as your connections with culture, family, community, and lived experience. With partners and families, I support greater clarity in communication and relational dynamics to help align with shared goals.
I work with individuals, partners (polyamorous-inclusive), adults, and families. Areas of focus include trauma healing, relational support, grief, depression, PTSD, sexual abuse survival, spiritual recovery, and life transitions. My work integrates mindful, somatic, and attachment-informed practices, and I am committed to affirming transgender, gender-diverse, neurodiverse, queer, and polyamorous clients.
Though a non-native Spanish speaker and non-Latine, my multicultural family and lived experience led me to earn a Spanish Language Specialization (UO), and I offer therapy in both Spanish and English. My clinical approach draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
