Lindsay is a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. Her priority is to build trust and create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted.

Lindsay is passionate about working with concerns such as ADHD, anxiety, body image, religious trauma, domestic violence, and LGBTQIA+ experiences. She believes in each person’s innate capacity for growth and healing and strives to support clients on their journey of self discovery, acceptance, and personal insight.

Her approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a model that helps clients connect with their core Self and heal wounded inner parts. Lindsay also incorporates intentional humor to build rapport and foster comfort throughout the therapeutic process. She welcomes individuals of all identities, backgrounds, and beliefs.
