Linda believes therapy is a collaborative process that creates opportunities for healing and growth. She strives to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients can experience insight, feel heard and seen, and make meaningful progress on their healing journey.

Linda specializes in supporting individuals who have experienced or are currently experiencing domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking, or sex trafficking. Her professional background includes work in both community mental health and educational settings, giving her a deep understanding of the systemic challenges that can affect healing. These experiences also inform her appreciation for the resilience and strength that each client carries within them.

Linda draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Sex Therapy, Culturally Sensitive approaches, and Internal Family Systems. By integrating these modalities, she honors each client’s unique experience and provides practical tools and coping strategies. Linda believes that this tailored approach supports deeper insight, meaningful growth, and lasting change.
