With nearly 30 years of experience working with children and families, primarily in school settings, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to emotional awareness and self regulation. My background includes play therapy, sand tray, expressive arts, and collaborative problem solving. I believe that the strength of the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective therapy and that finding a therapist with whom you feel a genuine connection can make a meaningful difference in the healing process.
