Allie is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board Certified and Oregon licensed Music Therapist. She cares deeply about connection and helping people discover and accept their authentic inner selves through expressive arts, individual psychotherapy, neurodivergent support groups, and neurodivergent affirming Autism and ADHD assessments.

Allie has worked with neurodivergent and disabled individuals for nearly ten years and identifies as ADHD herself. She is especially passionate about supporting late diagnosed Autistic and ADHD adults as they navigate the world through lived experience.

Her counseling approach is holistic, person centered, and relational, blending both direct and indirect conversational styles depending on each client’s needs. Allie’s work aligns with neurodivergent affirming, LGBTQIA2S+ affirming, and interfaith affirming practices.

Her favorite modalities include Neurodivergent Affirming Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Neurodivergent modified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Allie welcomes individuals from all walks of life into her practice. She believes in creating an atmosphere of safety, honesty, accommodation, and openness where clients can explore who they are and experience genuine acceptance.
